1. Fiduciary Responsibility
In this module you will: Explore the foundations of fiduciary responsibility, examine some strategies trustees can adopt for a 21st century approach to fiduciary duties, role play alternative dialogue/ideas for pension board meetings, and study a current legal case on fiduciary issues.

2. Corporate Engagement and Socially Responsible Investing
In this module you will: Explore the terminology of socially responsible investing, assess your readiness as a trustee to explore responsible investing, examine some strategies trustees can adopt to advance a social, ethical, environmental and corporate governance agenda, role play alternative dialogue/ideas for pension board meetings.

3. Social Screens: Criteria for Responsible Investment
In this module you will: Explore how non-financial criteria or social screens contribute to decision-making about pension fund investment; examine human capital indicators, global standards and ethical investment as criteria for investment; practice using social screens as decision-making tools; role play a legal case on ethical investment; brainstorm labour strategy to promote social screens.

4. Strategically Rethinking Trustee Education
In this module you will: identify the elements of successful strategic thinking approaches; experience the SWOT process; apply a strategic approach to trustee education.

5. Economically targeted investment: Learning responsible investment
